Earning Free Calls is Now Even Easier
Since we introduced our “Recommend a Friend” promotion, more than one in four of our customers has successfully referred at least one other user. In fact, in March a third of all new users were recommended by our existing happy users!
If you weren’t aware, when you recommend Localphone to your friends and family you can receive 10% of any calling credit purchased in the first 90 days of their account being opened; credit you can use to call anywhere in the world for free! Find out more on our recommend page.
The good news is we’ve now made this even easier. When you log in to the site and visit our recommendation page (select “Earn Free Credit!” from the main menu), you’ll see you can now import all of your contacts from Gmail, Yahoo!, or Windows Live Hotmail.
For Gmail users you will enter your e-mail address and password and your contacts will be imported. Yahoo! and Hotmail users will be taken to the Yahoo/Hotmail site to give authorisation.
Once your contacts have been imported you can select the ones you want to recommend Localphone to, and then it’s just a click of a button to send out your invites.
